SiteView DM can deliver real-time monitoring on the running status of each controlled computer, including whether or not the computer is connected, whether or not hardware resources needs replacing or adding, whether or not the computer has installed or deleted application software and what process is running in the computer. SiteView DM can even monitor the screen of the controlled computer and master first-hand information on computer operations.
# Managed Computer Hardware & Software Resources Analysis
By means of rich map & text Statements, SiteView DM calculates the resources of controlled computers covering hardware and software resources. Statistics can be calculated in terms of different sectors. The controlled computer’s IT resources analysis also introduces information such as the physical location, user, purchase date, etc., and records History, which has greatly strengthened the management means of computer devices.
# Computer Device Management Technology
SiteView DM can freely control computer’s CD-ROM, floppy, USB storage devices (such as USB, USB mobile hard disk, etc.), key board, mouse, etc.. SiteView DM can entirely have absolute control over USB storage devices. As long as the Console has closed computer USB port, the Client computer can never use it unless the Console authorizes that it can be opened.
